Your Duties:
Respond to numerous written customer inquiries, complaints, and service requests by email and live chat in a timely, accurate, and professional manner.
Investigate and resolve client concerns using departmental cooperation and internal knowledge sources.
Make sure that all customer contacts and data processing comply with legal requirements, data protection laws,
and organizational rules.
Maintain a high level of accuracy and quality in all processing and communication operations to minimize errors and rework.
Effective workload management is necessary to ensure that Service Level Agreements (SLAs) concerning response and resolution times are consistently met.
Inform the team leader or quality analyst about common customer complaints, recurring issues, or process bottlenecks for continuous improvement.
