Skills Requirement : Respond to customer inquiries and requests through various channels, including email, chat, and social media. Provide accurate and timely information and resolve customer issues effectively. Accurately document all
customer interactions, including emails, chat transcripts, and case notes, within the CRM system. Update customer information and track resolution times.
Experience Requirement : Freshers
Location : Chennai
Working Hours : 8Hours, Monday to Saturday
