In this role, you will be responsible for handling incoming and outgoing calls from customers, providing assistance, resolving queries, and delivering excellent service in Tamil. You will interact with customers regarding product or service information, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a smooth communication experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills
in Tamil, a pleasant phone manner, and the ability to handle customer concerns patiently and professionally. Prior experience in a voice process or customer support role is preferred but not mandatory. This is a great opportunity for candidates who are fluent in Tamil and are looking to start or grow their career in customer service within a dynamic and supportive work environment.
