Job Title: Non-Voice Process Executive – Chat & Email Support
Location: Chennai
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent (Rotational Shifts)
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹28,000 per month based on experience and skills
Experience :0 to 3 Years
Qualification : 12th ,Any Graduation
Role Summary:
Handle customer queries through chat and email, ensuring timely and professional responses while maintaining high service quality.
Responsibilities:Respond to customer inquiries via chat and email in a clear, concise, and courteous manner. Resolve issues, escalate technical
problems when necessary, and follow up for resolution. Maintain records of customer interactions and ensure customer satisfaction metrics are met.
Required Skills:Excellent written communication and typing skills (45+ WPM). Ability to multitask and handle multiple chat/email sessions efficiently. Basic computer knowledge and customer service orientation.
