Provide detailed
directions, troubleshoot issues, and walk clients through solutions.
For future reference and analysis, make sure all required fields are filled out and that the documentation is comprehensive.
Remain informed about any modifications or new products.
To keep improving performance, take part in coaching sessions and quality checks.
Give input on persistent problems or process enhancements to improve customer service in general.
