Job Description
Primary Task: To provide efficient and accurate customer support and process requests through written communication channels, ensuring customer satisfaction and adherence to service level agreements.
Responsibilities
Provide accurate and comprehensive information regarding products, services, and policies.
Update and maintain customer records and information in relevant systems.
Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments for resolution.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and resolutions.
Meet or exceed performance metrics related
to response time, resolution rate, and accuracy.
Ensure the quality and accuracy of all written communication.
Required Abilities:
Strong reading comprehension and analytical skills.
Ability to understand and interpret customer inquiries effectively.
Strong problem-solving and resolution skills.
Good typing speed and accuracy.

Qualification: Any Basic Degree
