To manage both voice and non-voice customer interactions, we are looking for a proactive Semi Voice Process Executive. The ideal applicant will ensure a seamless support experience, give correct information, and respond to customer enquiries via phone, chat, and email.
What you will do:
Respond professionally to consumer enquiries and handle incoming and outgoing calls.
Offer assistance via chat, email,
and voice channels.
Recognise client concerns and offer prompt solutions.
Accurately update CRM systems and keep track of customer interactions.
Observe company policies, communication scripts, and compliance guidelines.
To escalate and resolve complex issues, collaborate with internal teams.
Ensure high-quality service delivery to sustain client happiness.
satisfy performance standards such quality scores, TAT, SLA, and AHT.
