Job Description
Duties:
Inbound/Outbound Communication: Manage loud phone conversations with foreign clients while maintaining professionalism, clarity, and compliance with "Call Flow" guidelines.
Query Resolution & Troubleshooting: Use international standard operating procedures to identify and fix complicated client problems, technological difficulties, or billing questions.
Cross-Cultural Communication: Modify your communication style and tone to fit the expectations and cultural quirks of the particular international area you are serving.
CRM Management: Ensure data integrity across time zones by accurately recording each interaction in a global CRM system such as Salesforce or Zendesk.
SLA & KPI Adherence: Continually meet or surpass performance indicators including Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) scores,
Average Handle Time (AHT), and First Call Resolution (FCR).
Upselling and cross-selling: Look for chances to supply extra goods or services that benefit the foreign client and boost sales.
Focus Skills:
Verbal Excellence: Outstanding mastery of English with a crisp articulation, a neutral accent, and the capacity to steer clear of regionalisms.
Active Listening: Excellent comprehension of a wide range of international accents and accurate, empathetic responses.
Technical agility is the capacity to swiftly browse internal knowledge bases and several program windows during a live call.
Flexibility: The ability to operate around the clock, especially on night shifts, and manage stressful situations during busy international hours.
