What you will do:
You'll be
in charge of a lot of written correspondence with customers. This includes handling social media enquiries, answering emails and live chats, and precisely recording all client problems and their fixes. Along with working with other teams to tackle complicated problems, your duties will also include offering suggestions to enhance our digital support procedures. Your outstanding written communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, and problem-solving ability will be crucial in creating enduring connections with clients.
