Your Contribution:
Voice-based client engagement involves professionally and sympathetically answering incoming and outgoing calls. You'll respond to questions, fix problems, and give information in an understandable and efficient manner.
Non-Voice Data & Correspondence Management: Properly and quickly handling client inquiries via chat, email, and other online platforms. This covers handling tickets, entering data, and replying to written messages.
Identifying and evaluating client demands through various channels, offering workable solutions, and elevating complicated problems as needed to guarantee prompt resolution are
all part of problem-solving and resolution.
Maintaining a high standard of correctness in all data input and correspondence, as well as carefully recording every encounter to guarantee thorough records and reliable service, are key components of accuracy and quality.
Compliance and Adherence: Adhering strictly to company policies, procedures, and quality standards in written and spoken communications.
Experience: 3 to 7 yrs
Salary: Based on Company Norms
Education: Any Basic Degree
