Job Summary:
We are hiring a Customer Support Executive Tamil Voice Process to handle inbound and outbound customer calls in Tamil. The role involves answering customer queries, providing product or service information, handling complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The executive will act as a
key link between the company and its customers by delivering effective support over phone calls.
Roles and Responsibilities:
1. Handle inbound and outbound calls in Tamil language
2. Resolve customer queries related to products, services, or billing
3. Provide information and assistance clearly and politely
4. Manage customer complaints and escalate issues when required
5. Maintain call logs and update customer records in the system
6. Follow company call handling procedures and quality standards
7. Ensure timely resolution and follow-up with customers if needed
8. Work with the team to meet daily targets and customer satisfaction levels
