Education: Any Basic Graduation
What You will do:
Oversee Digital Channels: You will mostly use email, live chat, and social media to respond to a large number of consumer requests, complaints, and questions.
Write Problem-Solving: You will assess client problems, swiftly look for solutions, and create professional, succinct, and understandable written answers that efficiently
address the customer's question in the least amount of time.
Assure Speed and Accuracy: You will use internal knowledge base articles and tools to deliver accurate information while meeting stringent KPIs for response and resolution times.
In order to improve service and product quality, you will drive process improvement by identifying recurrent customer concerns or pain spots in digital interactions and giving management and product teams feedback.
