Omni-channel Written Support: Answer consumer questions through live chat, web tickets, and email while making sure all answers adhere to the brand's tone of voice and are grammatically correct.
Back-Office Data Processing: Process transactions, verify documents, and enter large amounts of data into internal systems while upholding stringent data integrity.
SLA Management: To guarantee a smooth customer experience, keep an eye on and adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) concerning response times (TAT) and resolution rates.
Complex Troubleshooting: Write down detailed technical or account-related answers for clients
using internal Knowledge Bases (KB).
Chat Concurrency: Oversee several concurrent live chat sessions while making sure every client gets prompt, individualized support.
Quality & Compliance: Make sure every engagement passes quality audits by following standard templates and tailoring responses to each customer's needs.
