Working Hours : General Shift | Monday to Saturday
Responsibilities
Respond to consumer inquiries and resolve issues effectively through phone calls.
Describe goods, services, and corporate policies in a timely and accurate manner.
Engage in active listening to consumer input and offer insightful commentary to enhance the customer experience.
Follow
all company guidelines, regulations, and service level agreements (SLAs).
At all times, act with professionalism and courtesy.
Skills:
English proficiency, both in writing and speaking, with flawless diction and superb pronunciation.
