Job Description
Managing client interactions in the Tamil language is the primary responsibility of the Tamil Voice Process Executive. By answering questions, handling grievances, and helping clients with product or service information over the phone, it is your responsibility to deliver outstanding customer service. Serving as a liaison between the company and its Tamil-speaking clientele, you will make sure that all communications are courteous, successful, and culturally appropriate. The ideal applicant is fluent in Tamil, either natively or almost so, has professional telephone manners, and can manage a large volume of calls while upholding a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
Inbound/Outbound Support: Answer calls from clients in Tamil and offer help with billing questions, service requests, and technical difficulties.
Effective Communication: Ensure that customers comprehend complicated product features or company policies by explaining them in basic, understandable Tamil.
Translation & Interpretation: For internal reporting, occasionally help translate typical Tamil requests or client feedback

into English.
Resolution of Complaints: Actively hear customer complaints and offer reasoned answers, elevating calls to superiors only when required.
Documentation: For documentation purposes, accurately record each call interaction, customer information, and resolution status in the CRM system using English.
Performance metrics: Reach or surpass daily goals for the process-defined Average Handling Time and Quality Scores.
Retain clients by using compelling communication techniques and, when appropriate, upselling or cross-selling pertinent services.

Skills:
Language Proficiency: Proficient in speaking Tamil; reading and writing the language is a big plus.
English literacy: The capacity to read and write in English in order to log customer notes and use the software.
Active Listening: The capacity to comprehend various regional Tamil accents and dialects, as well as a high degree of patience.
Basic Computing: Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows OS, with a minimum typing speed of 20–25 words per minute.
