As the main point of contact between the company and its clients, the Voice Process Executive is in charge of providing excellent verbal service. Your job is to respond professionally and sympathetically to incoming inquiries, resolve complaints, or carry out outbound outreach (sales/service). As the "voice" of the business, you have a direct influence on brand loyalty and customer satisfaction (CSAT). The ideal applicant is a proficient communicator with a "customer-first" mentality who
can handle several software interfaces at once and maintain composure under duress.
Key Skills:
Verbal fluency: ability to speak English or regional English fluently, with neutral pronunciation and clear diction.
Active listening: capacity to rapidly comprehend client wants without repeating them.
In order to guarantee real-time data entering during calls, typing speed must be at least 25–30 WPM with good accuracy.
