Job Description
Salary Range : based on skills, and interview performance
Education: 8th, 10th, 12th or above
Responsibilities
Answer incoming and outgoing calls with professionalism and courtesy.
Inform customers about your products, services, or account details in a timely and trustworthy manner.
Address customer complaints, enquiries, and issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Observe call scripts and guidelines to ensure precision and uniformity.
Keep accurate records of all client communications and call information in the company's CRM or database.
Qualification:
/>shown expertise in a call centre, customer service, or voice processing position.
Outstanding verbal communication abilities, including a professional and clear voice on the phone.
strong comprehension and listening abilities.
the capacity to efficiently prioritise and manage several tasks.
proficiency with a variety of software programs and computers.
Experience: 1 to 4 yrs
Location : Chennai
Working Hours : 8 Hours, Monday to Saturday
