Responsibilities:
Handle data input chores with precision and effectiveness.
Organise and update electronic documents and databases.
As needed, create summaries and reports.
Manage administrative duties such as document management, photocopying, and filing.
Answer questions from both internal and external parties using email and other means of communication.
Skills:
Outstanding accuracy and
quickness in data entering.
strong time-management and organising abilities.
proficiency with Word, Excel, and Outlook in the Microsoft Office Suite.
