Job Description :
Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in English, addressing queries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Job Title: Customer Support Executive – English Voice Process
Location: Chennai
Job Type: Full-Time (Rotational Shifts, 5 Days Working)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and communication skills)
Qualification: Minimum 12th Pass or Any Graduate
Responsibilities: Answer customer calls professionally and provide accurate information, Resolve
product or service-related concerns promptly and effectively, Maintain call logs, follow call scripts, and meet performance metrics.
Required Skills: Excellent spoken English and listening skills, Ability to work under pressure and handle high call volumes, Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
