Your Duties:
Hybrid client Support: Handle a combination of written correspondence (email and chat) and incoming and outgoing calls to address client questions.
Verification & Validation: Before processing requests, make quick "outbound" calls to clients to confirm appointments, confirm transaction details, or validate account information.
Backend Documentation: To guarantee a clear paper trail, accurately update the CRM system with the call notes and send follow-up emails.
Issue Troubleshooting: Use internal tools to analyze customer problems and determine whether a thorough written step-by-step guide or a brief audio
explanation are needed.
SLA & TAT Management: Strike a balance between the accuracy and "Turnaround Time" needed for back-office data processing and the "Average Handle Time" for calls.
Inbound Query Handling: Answer calls during busy times or for complicated escalations that cannot be effectively handled via email or chat.
