Job Description
Duties:
Data management involves accurately entering and updating transactional data, customer information, and company records into ERP systems and internal databases.
Document processing: Take care of digital and physical document verification, scanning, and filing so that they may be easily retrieved for operational and auditing needs.
Transactional Support: Help handle expenditure reports, purchase orders, and invoices while making sure all financial records are accurately maintained.
Inventory and Asset Tracking: Keep a current record of office supplies and assets, and when stock levels are low, start the procurement process.
Reporting & Analysis: Track productivity and workflow bottlenecks by creating regular operational reports
for management using programs like Microsoft Excel.
Liaison & Coordination: Serve as a focal point for interdepartmental communication, making sure that front-office and backend teams can easily exchange information.
Focus Skills:
Computer proficiency includes experience with CRM or ERP software and a thorough understanding of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
Typing Accuracy & Speed: High level of precision in data entry with a minimum of 30 to 35 WPM.
The capacity to identify discrepancies in extensive datasets or intricate documentation.
Organizational Skills: The ability to effectively manage several projects and adhere to rigorous daily or weekly deadlines.
