What you do:

Product Description: Clearly describe the characteristics, advantages, interest rates, and cost structures of banking products.
Answer consumer questions on their account status, loan eligibility, and interest rate changes.
Building Trust: Since banking includes making delicate financial decisions, keep your tone professional and sympathetic.
/>Lead Qualification: Before sending the lead to the sales team, confirm that the customer's information satisfies the bank's eligibility requirements.
Data entry: Add precise call results and client comments to the CRM system.
