What you will do:
/>Managing a large number of incoming and outgoing calls from our Hindi-speaking clients would be your responsibility. This entails giving precise information about goods and services, resolving client concerns amicably and clearly, diagnosing problems, and sometimes upselling pertinent offerings. Additionally, you will be responsible for accurately documenting all contacts and following quality and compliance rules. Your exceptional Hindi verbal communication skills, problem-solving aptitude, and upbeat demeanour will be crucial in transforming possible annoyances into satisfying client experiences.
