Your Contribution:
Exceptional Customer Support: Handling inbound and/or outbound customer calls primarily in Hindi, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Problem Resolution: Actively listening to customer concerns, diagnosing problems efficiently, and providing effective solutions, escalating complex issues when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
Information Accuracy: Accurately documenting all customer interactions and details in our systems, ensuring comprehensive records for future reference and service improvements.

Feedback & Improvement: Providing valuable feedback on common customer queries or recurring issues to help improve our products, services, and support processes.
