Job Description
Responsibilities:
Process Explanation: Clearly and simply explain complicated policies, product features, or service procedures to clients in Hindi.
Clarity and Tone: Make sure that every verbal communication is professional, polite, and clear while keeping a helpful and patient tone, particularly when interacting with upset or angry clients.
Transaction Processing: Accurately handle client transactions, updates, and service modifications within the necessary system platforms.
System Navigation: Maintain a smooth dialogue with the customer while effectively navigating several computer systems, databases, and tools at once.
Quality Assurance: Ensure that
internal and external policies are followed by closely adhering to quality standards and scripts/guidelines for each call.
Compliance: During all verbal exchanges, strictly comply to all corporate policies, data privacy laws, and security procedures.
Soft Skills:
outstanding patience, customer empathy, and listening abilities.
strong multitasking skills, including the capacity to speak, navigate systems, and document at the same time.
resilience and the capacity to deal properly with challenging clients.
