Bilingual Inquiry Resolution: Manage inbound and outbound calls in Hindi and English, aligning the tone and vocabulary to resolve technical, billing, or general service issues.
CRM Data Calibration: Accurately record customer interaction details into the CRM system; adjust account status and update contact history to ensure data integrity for the next production batch.
Protocol Proofing: Follow scripted workflows and standard operating procedures (SOPs) while performing "live" troubleshooting to avoid service collisions or escalations.
Service Level Management: Monitor
and maintain key performance metrics, ensuring "Average Handling Time" (AHT) and "Customer Satisfaction" (CSAT) scores meet precision targets.
First-Call Inspection: Conduct a thorough verbal audit at the end of each call to guarantee 100% customer understanding and confirm that all issues are fully resolved.
Required Skills:
Linguistic Proficiency: Expert-level Hindi (Native/Bilingual) fluency with the ability to comprehend regional subtleties and dialects.
Technical aptitude: Extensive knowledge of cloud-based phone systems and CRM interfaces (such as Salesforce or Zendesk).
