Translation & Interpretation: Help translate English scripts or frequently asked questions into formal or informal Tamil as needed for the procedure.
Resolution of Conflict: Use de-escalation strategies appropriate for the cultural background of the local audience to calmly deal with upset clients.
Performance Metrics: Average Handling Time, Quality Scores, and First Call Resolution
