Job Description
We are seeking dedicated and detail-oriented candidates for our BPO Non-Voice Process team. The role involves handling back-end operations, data entry, email/chat support, and documentation tasks with accuracy and efficiency. The ideal candidate should have good typing speed, strong written communication skills, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Handle data entry, email support, and chat-based communication with customers.
/>Process customer requests and resolve queries through non-voice channels.
Maintain accurate records, update databases, and ensure confidentiality of information.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
Achieve daily/weekly productivity and quality targets.
Required Skills:
Strong written communication skills in English.
Good typing speed and accuracy.
Proficiency in MS Office, spreadsheets, and basic computer applications.
Ability to work in rotational shifts and handle deadlines effectively.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
