Job Description
To join our international customer care team in Chennai, we are looking for articulate and customer-focused international voice process executives. You will be in charge of answering consumer questions, resolving problems, and offering our global customers first-rate telephone support. Strong English communication skills (with a neutral accent), active listening skills, and a customer-centric mindset with consideration for different cultural backgrounds are necessary for this position.
Responsibilities
Be professional and polite when taking incoming calls from clients in other countries.
In the appropriate systems, precisely record every client interaction and resolution.
Assign complicated problems to the right teams for additional research and handling, making sure that overseas
clients are handled smoothly and that follow-up is conducted.
Pay attention to company policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Reach or surpass performance goals on both an individual and team level for call handling, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction for clients in other countries.
Skills:
Active listening abilities and the capacity to successfully comprehend client needs in a variety of cultural circumstances.
Strong problem-solving abilities, as well as the capacity for rapid thought and solution-making.
rudimentary computer literacy and familiarity with pertinent software programs.
Educational Qualification: Any Basic Degree
Experience: 3+ yrs
