As a Voice Process Executive, join our dynamic Customer Service team at our Chennai-based company. You will serve as our customers' main point of contact, taking inbound and outgoing calls to answer questions, give information, address problems, and guarantee a constantly satisfying client experience. This position is perfect for persons who enjoy assisting others and do well in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities:
Respond to incoming and outgoing consumer calls in a polite and professional manner.
Pay close attention to the questions, problems,

and needs of the consumer.
Make sure all records contain accurate and comprehensive data.
Be extremely kind and professional in all of your dealings with customers.
Keep a thorough awareness of the company's policies, procedures, services, and goods.
Verify that every interaction complies with company policies, ethical standards, and data privacy laws.

Qualification:
Strong active listening and comprehension skills.
Customer-centric approach with a genuine desire to help and resolve customer issues.
Basic computer proficiency, including navigating different applications and internet usage.

Education: 8th, 10th, 12th or Above
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
