Job Description
Primary Task: To deliver exceptional customer service by answering incoming and outgoing calls, answering questions, resolving problems, giving information, and making sure that our clients in Chennai and around India and the world have a good and effective customer experience.
Responsibilities
Manage a large number of incoming and/or outgoing calls with tact, professionalism, and a focus on the needs of the customer.
To properly grasp the demands of your customers, pay close attention to their worries, enquiries, and comments.
Troubleshoot issues, walk clients through fixes, and give detailed instructions.
Make sure all required fields are filled out and that the documentation is comprehensive for analysis and future reference.
/>Keep abreast of any modifications or new products.
Take part in coaching sessions and quality assessments to keep improving performance.
To improve overall customer service, offer input on persistent problems or process enhancements.
Required Abilities:
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to pinpoint underlying issues and offer workable answers.
