Agents must be able to quickly switch between digital tools (email, chat, social media) and critical voice conversations while still keeping professional clarity and excellent quality. We are constructing a support centre that maximises loyalty and minimises friction by optimising each customer touchpoint with data-driven insights.
Key Responsibilities:
You will autonomously oversee a varied workload, efficiently managing incoming client calls as needed and giving priority to email and live chat customer enquiries. This
entails processing transactions, identifying and fixing service problems, and delivering comprehensive information in accordance with standard operating procedures. You will be the only one responsible for making sure that written communication is clear, grammatically correct, and succinct, as well as for offering composed, articulate conversational assistance when needed. Our efficiency metrics and customer trust will be directly and palpably impacted by your ability to promptly and accurately record interactions in the CRM system and by your constant adherence to quality and compliance standards.
