Responsibilities
Incoming and outgoing calls should be handled professionally and courteously.
Quickly and accurately tell customers about your products, services, or account details.
Respect call scripts and guidelines to ensure precision and consistency.
Ensure that all client communications and call information are recorded in the company's CRM or database.
Become and stay well-versed on the products and services that the company sells.
Follow up with clients to ensure they are happy.
Qualification:
/>proven background in customer service, call centre, or voice processing.
Excellent communication skills in person, including a professional and clear voice on the phone.
excellent comprehension and listening abilities.
the capacity to efficiently manage several jobs and set priorities.
competence with a variety of computer programs and programs.
excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Experience: 1 to 4 yrs
Location : Chennai
Working Hours : 8 Hours, Monday to Saturday
