What you will Do:
Using a mix of voice calls, emails, and online chat, respond to incoming and outgoing consumer requests, questions, and concerns.
Answer consumer questions with precise, succinct, and understandable
information.
Keep up-to-date customer records with pertinent data.
Observe all company rules, guidelines, and quality requirements when interacting with customers.
Keep abreast of changes to policies, industry best practices, and products and services.
What you need:
Familiarity with CRM software, ticketing systems, or specific industry applications.
Experience in a BPO/KPO environment.
Ability to adapt quickly to new processes and technologies.
