Job Description
Responsibilities:
Respond to incoming and outgoing consumer calls, emails, and online chats to address their questions, requests, and concerns.
Give customers information, answers, or resolves that are precise, succinct, and easy to understand.
Keep up-to-date and add pertinent information to customer records.
Take part in feedback sessions and quality assurance evaluations to keep improving performance.
Keep abreast on policy changes, industry best practices, and changes
to products and services.
Skills:
strong focus on details to ensure proper documentation and data entry.

flexible and able to adjust to shifting process needs and work schedules.
