Executive for the Local Voice Process in Malayalam
Job Description
Duties:
Customer service: Respond to incoming calls from Malayalam-speaking clients with questions about goods, services, or the status of their accounts.
Effective Communication: To establish confidence with the caller, explain complicated material in clear Malayalam while taking cultural quirks into consideration.
Troubleshooting: Use the company's standard troubleshooting scripts to help clients with simple technical problems or process navigation.
CRM Documentation: Use the CRM software to keep precise and thorough records of every call and customer interaction.
Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed operational KPIs, including Average Handling Time and Quality Monitoring (QM) scores.
Cross-functional Cooperation: Work with technical or back-office teams to address customer concerns that
have been escalated and cannot be resolved at the initial point of contact.
Upselling/Cross-selling: During the conversation, look for chances to offer the consumer pertinent product or service improvements.
Focus Skills:
Linguistic Mastery: Outstanding verbal fluency in Malayalam; proficiency in reading and writing the language is highly valued.
The capacity to comprehend a customer's fundamental issues even when they aren't expressed directly is known as active listening.
Soft skills include a high degree of empathy, patience, and the capacity to maintain composure under duress or when interacting with challenging calls.
Technical proficiency includes basic computer abilities and the capacity to type while speaking with a customer.
