Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Non-Voice Process Executive to join our operations team in Chennai. You will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, processing requests, and resolving issues through written communication channels such as email, chat, and ticketing systems. This role requires excellent written communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to provide accurate and timely solutions.
Responsibilities
Utilise written communication methods (such as email, chat, and forms) to reliably and effectively process consumer requests and transactions.
Answer client questions
and offer assistance in English and maybe Tamil with professionalism and clarity.
Analyse data and address client concerns in accordance with established protocols and policies pertinent to Chennai operations.
In the authorised systems, keep thorough records of every interaction and resolution.
Skills:

Educational Qualification: Any Basic Degree
Experience: 3+ yrs
