Exciting Opportunity – BPO Semi Voice Associate
We are looking for a dedicated BPO Semi Voice Process Executive to handle both voice and non-voice interactions with customers. The role involves managing inbound and outbound calls, responding to customer queries through chat or email, and providing accurate solutions in a timely manner. The executive will be responsible for maintaining customer satisfaction, resolving complaints, and updating records
in the system. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, along with basic computer knowledge and problem-solving ability, are essential for this role. Candidates should be adaptable to rotational shifts and possess a customer-centric attitude.
