Who you are:
Answer consumer questions via email or live chat, making sure that a "First Contact Resolution" (FCR) is achieved by offering succinct and understandable answers. Using programs like Zendesk, Freshdesk, or Salesforce, manage and update support tickets, making sure that each one goes through the proper lifecycle from "Open" to "Resolved." Ensure that the internal database is updated in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) while processing customer requests, orders, or documentation with extreme precision. Take care of non-customer-facing duties such order fulfillment, claim processing, and KYC verification. Reach or surpass goals for "Customer Satisfaction" and "Average Response Time" (ART) scores on
a regular basis. Make sure the company's brand voice, tone, and grammatical standards are followed in all written correspondence. Determine whether complicated problems need expert care and forward them to the relevant senior technical or management teams.
