Job Description
What you do:
Communication Channels: Manage a large amount of written client interactions, such as emails, live chat sessions, and social media enquiries, making sure that all answers are clear, professional, and grammatically correct.
Transaction Processing: Carry out back-end administrative duties include data reconciliation, refund processing, document verification, and record auditing.
Quality Control: Ensure the quality and completeness of all data entry and transaction
outputs, minimising errors and rework.
Compliance: Ensure all procedures and consumer data handling conform with regulatory standards and company privacy policies.
Reporting: Keep track of and classify different kinds of questions and processing mistakes, then give management and training teams feedback.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: Any Basic Degree
