Job Description
Duties:
Customer Interaction: Respond to incoming and outgoing calls from Telugu-speaking clients, answering their questions, giving them information, and fixing any problems pertaining to services.
Linguistic Translation: Skillfully convert intricate product attributes or corporate guidelines into plain, customer-friendly Telugu.
Problem Solving: Examine consumer inquiries, pinpoint the underlying causes of problems, offer suitable fixes, or report them to higher authorities in accordance with SOP.
Documentation & CRM: Keep thorough records of each call, including the customer's profile, the type of question, and the CRM software's response.
Performance Metrics: Regularly achieve or surpass desired
KPIs, including First Call Resolution, Quality Scores, and Average Handling Time.
Sales and Upselling: In outbound positions, find sales opportunities and convince clients to choose upgrades, new goods, or services.
Focus Skills:
Verbal Fluency: Excellent mastery of spoken Telugu; professional and impartial accent.
Active Listening: The capacity to pay close attention in order to comprehend the wants of the client before offering a solution.
The ability to accurately enter and update system records while having a conversation is known as multitasking.
Soft Skills: Excellent empathy, patience, and composure when dealing with furious clients.
