Key Duties:
Email & Chat Support: Provide prompt, courteous responses to consumer questions, grievances, and requests over email or live chat.
Data management is the process of accurately entering, validating, and updating

transaction or customer data in the company's CRM databases and internal systems.
Troubleshooting & Research: To provide thorough written solutions, examine transaction histories and technical logs to analyze client issues.
Social Media Moderation: To preserve a brand's reputation, keep an eye on and reply to consumer comments or direct messages on social media sites like Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
Moderation of Content: (If relevant) Examine user-generated content to make sure it conforms with safety regulations and community rules.
Documentation & Reporting: Create daily activity reports that emphasize processed volumes and open cases, and keep thorough records of every interaction.
