Entry into BPO Lead as a Semi-Voice Process Executive
Job Description
Who you are:
Based on real-time volume, balance the workload of outgoing and incoming calls with written responses (email/chat). Handle client inquiries by giving them clear, succinct information over the phone about the benefits of the product, the status of their orders, or any service-related concerns. Backend processing involves entering data, updating tickets, and processing transactions in the CRM either during or after customer interactions. Produce polished, error-free emails and chat messages to address complicated matters that were not able to be handled in the first call. Track the progress of a customer's "ticket" from the first phone conversation to
the last resolution and closure by using status tracking. Work together with the technical, billing, or logistical teams to collect the data required to address complex client inquiries.
