Focus Skills:
US Healthcare Knowledge: Comprehensive knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid, HIPAA laws, and various plan types (HMO, PPO, EPO).
Communication and Negotiation: Strong English verbal communication abilities; the capacity to be firm but professional while dealing with insurance
adjusters.
Analytical Skills: The capacity to decipher EOBs and spot payer behavior patterns.
High typing speed and the flexibility to switch between different software displays are features of typing and navigation (Billing Software, Excel, Payer Portals).
