Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling: Make phone calls to current and potential clients of the bank to present a range of retail banking products.
Product Education: To assist clients in making well-informed selections, clearly describe the characteristics, interest rates, processing costs, and advantages of various financial products.
Lead Qualification: Before sending the lead to the sales team, determine the customer's eligibility based on their work status, income, and credit score.
Support for Documentation: Walk prospective clients through the "Know Your Customer" (KYC) procedures and the list of documents required for processing a credit card or loan.
Goal Achieved: Reach or surpass the branch's or
department's weekly/monthly lead conversion quotas and daily call volume targets.
Resolution of Queries: Professionally and transparently handle consumer questions about application progress, repayment plans, or hidden fees.
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
Education: Any Basic Degree
