Skills Requirement : Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively through phone calls. Provide accurate and timely information regarding products, services, and company policies. Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing excellent
customer service. Understand and anticipate customer needs and proactively address their concerns. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and service level agreements (SLAs).

Location : Chennai
Working Hours : 8Hours, Monday to Saturday
