Job Description
Primary Task: To ensure accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to established protocols for our operations in Chennai by managing crucial back-end tasks and processes using written and digital communication channels.
Responsibilities
Utilise a variety of tools and systems to handle and manage massive amounts of data accurately.
As required, create and produce summaries, reports, and other documentation.
Processing orders, applications, claims, and other industry-specific operational duties may fall under this category.
Write down your results in an understandable and succinct manner.
Verify the accuracy and conformity to standards by doing quality checks on written communications
and processed data.
Verify adherence to pertinent laws and data privacy guidelines.
Required Abilities:
Excellent data entry skills with a high degree of accuracy and speed.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Basic computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) and relevant software applications.
Ability to follow written instructions and procedures consistently.
