Job Description
We are looking for customer-focused, highly motivated individuals to join our vibrant International Voice Process team. You will be in charge of giving outstanding customer service to clients in foreign markets via incoming and outgoing calls as an International Voice Process Executive.
What you will do:
Answer incoming and outgoing calls from customers and efficiently address their concerns.
By offering superior customer service, you may establish and preserve enduring relationships with your clients.
Recognise, foresee, and proactively handle the wants and problems of your customers.
Follow all company guidelines, regulations, and service level agreements (SLAs).

What we need:
English proficiency, both in writing and speaking, with flawless diction and superb pronunciation.
outstanding comprehension and listening abilities.
sensitivity and patience when handling complaints and questions from customers.
Capacity to establish rapport and keep favourable client relationships
