Are you a Kannada-speaking, clear, self-assured, and sympathetic communicator who is based in Chennai or open to working there? Do you have a strong desire to assist others and efficiently answer their phone questions?
Join our Company's vibrant customer service/BPO team in Chennai to serve as our esteemed Kannada-speaking clients' main point of contact. You will be in charge of giving exceptional customer service, addressing problems, and fostering wholesome connections in order to directly improve our brand's reputation and customer happiness.
Responsibilities:
Manage a large number of incoming and outgoing calls from clients in a professional and effective manner, mainly in Kannada.
Engage in active listening to consumer questions, comprehend their requirements, and deliver precise information
and answers.
Inform the proper departments or supervisors of complicated problems or unanswered questions.
Reach or surpass the KPIs for customer satisfaction, resolution rates, and call handling time.
Keep a cheerful, polite, and professional attitude at all times, even when dealing with difficult Kannada-speaking clients.
Respect business guidelines, moral principles, and data privacy laws at all times.
Qualification:
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Good typing speed and basic computer navigation skills.
Ability to handle pressure and remain calm during difficult or demanding customer interactions.
Education: Any Basic Graduation
Experience: 0 to 3 yrs
