(grammar, punctuation, and tone), your ability to multi-task between several concurrent chat sessions, and your proficiency with CRM/ticketing systems will be crucial. You will resolve customer issues, provide product information, and troubleshoot problems, all while adhering to strict service level agreements (SLAs).
